1. Talk about the areas that need improvement that you have already trained him/her.

2. Remind him/her how to handle the key and alarm of each home, instructions that are on job notes and of areas to be cleaned in each house.

Ask him/her if he/she has any questions about the notes.

3. Remind him/her how much more or less this house should be cleaned so that he/she has a goal in mind of how long it should take to clean that house.

4. Let him/her read the job notes and let her tell you if he/she understands the instructions that go on the job notes of the areas to be cleaned in each house or any other notes. Ask him/her if he/she has any questions about the notes.

7. Remind him/her of the difference between new homes and recurring homes. Give him/her techniques on how to clean heavily soiled areas better. Make sure he/she understands the difference.

8. Remind him/her what to do when the client asks him/her to clean areas that we do NOT clean. Example: Don't climb on ladders, don't move refrigerators, don't fold clothes, etc.

9. If there is a quicker way to clean the area you are cleaning, show it to them. Give him/her tips on how to clean each area, without compromising quality or skipping rooms

10. Let him/her call the office. Example: let him/her know when they are arriving to a home early or late.

11. Remind him/her to read the cleaning manual in the morning and in the afternoon, to read about what he/she is going to clean this day and the day after.
